Johnathan at JJAM Enterprises created a beautiful, modern roofdeck for my condo in Boston (Charlestown). When the original deck had to be removed due to our building's roof being replaced, I began working with Johnathan to rebuild the deck using durable composite deck material. Our rebuilding process was complicated by the original deck not having been appropriately permitted and the new deck needing to comply with the City of Boston's updated roofdeck specifications. I think alot of other contractors would've given up on this project, since the entire saga took over a year due to the regulatory and engineering complexities that weren't apparent at the outset. Johnathan was cheerful and helpful throughout this time and was always willing to explain the technical considerations in layman's terms so I could understand our choices. He got an engineer to design the deck when it became clear that our situation required it, got all of the building materials safely up to the roof (30+ feet above street level), liaised with Boston Inspectional Services, and communicated regularly with me.   

They did a great job; they gave a good quote and stood by it, they explained all the expenses and provided receipts for all the purchases. They are detail oriented but very fast. He was careful to take care of the property's sight and a seemly high character person.
