I felt I had to recommend Chuck Hartwell for anyone needing a title V /or septic issues.
I have had the same company emptying my septic since I bought my home 20 years ago. Chuck was
with that company. I was impressed with his service, and honesty and when I learned that he had started his own
company, I decided to give him a try. His service, responsiveness, conduct and honesty are exemplary. I was out of state due to a family emergency, he responded promptly, made extra trips to the house to fill the hole because he had heard it was going to rain between the time, he inspected it and the person who was to empty it was scheduled to come. He gave me information on the tank?s condition. He went the extra mile and volunteered to drop a copy of the Title V report with the realtor. Wow, in this day and age it is rejuvenating to find an honest, competent, and pleasant contractor. It actually went above and beyond what was expected of him. I plan on recommending him to the buyers of my home.
