My experience was great. They did what they said.

Excellent. i thought the work was A+ quality for one large family room and 4 bedrooms.

The job went great.
First, he took the job with little notice, and then switched days when my schedule fell apart.
Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave great recommendations regarding care and how long to expect the stain resistant spray to last.
I will definitely refer him to friends and call him when I need more work done in the future.

We were moving into a new home and needed the carpets cleaned before the movers showed up. We had an appointment scheduled with a cheaper national carpet cleaning company, but they ended up giving us the runaround and not keeping the appointment. We called Freedom Carpet Cleaners and the owner showed up himself to get the job done. He took his time in treating stains and worked well into the evening. He was very friendly and professional. The previous ownners had a dog, but you couldn't tell after Freedom cleaned the carpets. I don't remember how much we paid, but it was well worth it to have someone do such a good job before we moved in.
