Incorrectly installed toilet. Flooded downstairs kitchen. The plumber/owner blamed cracked toilet and clogged pipes. His employee, who performed the install and then the install correction, confirmed a working toilet that needed the chain adjusted and no clogged pipes. Litigating for damages at $3,500.

Mark and his guys were great! I hired them last summer but I'm just getting around to a review now. The install/price/timing/ were all fantastic. Mark went out of his way to squeeze us in when my old hot water heater died. It has been rock solid since day one. Thanks Mark!

The installers were there on time and were friendly. One complaint I have is that the person who came to give me an estimate sold me a water filter which was supposed to soften my water for an extra $400.00. After they installed it I discovered that it only filtered out sand and grit which is recommended for homes with a well. I have town water. He gave me false information and I would NOT have purchased the filter if I had known.
