Description of Work: Our furnace was leaking water - they quickly found and repaired it. In the past, we have had other companies service our furnace, which is an unusual brand and type, and its been a huge headache. Preferred Air did a great job - on time, pleasant and professional, explained the issue in an easy to understand way, reasonable prices. They fixed our central air in the summer of 2013 and did a wonderful job for us then as well.

Description of Work: I've known for a long time that I needed a new heating system and finally decided to start the process in Sept 2014.The existing system had the boiler in the kitchen, partial radiant floor heating that was inadequate and a family room with a failed propane wall heater. My oil tank was in closet between the family room and garage with the oil line running in the concrete slab. I contacted many HVAC companies for estimates, many of them Angie Listers. Most would show up to look over the situation say they would get back to me and never do so even after repeated calls.Preferred Air was the only company that followed up. They gave me several options for ways to heat and provide central air and always listened to my concerns. They installed all new duct work in a cramped attic when most companies said they wouldn't. Tom and Bob returned several times to work out the details. Installers were extremely professional and neat and I never had a concern leaving them at my house while I was at work. Bob called me several times to update me on progress and coordinated with the gas company. System works like a charm. If you need HVAC work done I would highly recommend Preferred Air.
