 + -1 moreHe was willing to come out and do the work and was very pleasant to speak with but I ended up doing the work myself.
Description of Work: I called to speak with them about a repair. He was very helpful and I ended up doing the repair myself after opening up the vacuum.

 + -1 moreI have used them before on another vacuum cleaner that I had. They have always been able to repair the problem. The price is a little high but it is better that replacing the whole thing.
Description of Work: A piece broke off on my vacuum and I took it here to be replaced.

 + -1 moreA good experience. I would recommend to others. We were looking buy a vacuum cleaner that would clean well and had a HEPA filter to help with our allergies. After looking through Consumer Reports we narrowed it down to Miele and Bosch. At Central Vacuums, the owner and his wife were very patient. They showed us the different Miele models and where available additional non-Miele attachments. He demonstrated how the different nozzle heads worked on carpet and floor and the noise level. The husband and wife team did a really nice job in explaining everything to us. There was no hard sell. It was about the product, his knowledge and the service he would provide after the sale.
Description of Work: I purchased a vacuum cleaner.

 + -1 moreKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PRODUCT AND WAY TO BEST FIX PROBLEM. REPAIR WAS READY WHEN PROMISED. DON'T GO ON A MONDAY, THEY AREN'T OPEN! I HAVE BEEN BACK WITH OTHER REPAIR ISSUES AND WAS PLEASED EACH TIME.
Description of Work: REPAIRED CENTRAL VACUUM HOSE THAT HAD BEEN CRUSHED BY A CAR. WAS ABLE TO CUT OUT SECTION THAT HAD BEEN CRUSHED AND STILL LEFT ENOUGH HOSE TO USE EASILY.
