John was fantastic. Responded to my online query quickly with phone call. Asked relevant questions and able to assess that the problem (high pitched noise) was likely a failed fan Was able to schedule date to replace fan within 2 days and replaced in less than 30 minutes. Peace at last!

I hired them to replace our radon fan which was 20+ years old and had become very noisy, compared to how quiet it had been for years. The replacement fan is just as noisy.
