Excellent pro work done quickly

Mike was professional and flexible. His foreman Chris was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and does high quality work.They arrived on time, and the job was finished in a timely manner. I am planning upcoming projects and plan to use RORHI again.

They installed a storm door for me. They were quick to respond and did everything timely! Answered all my questions beforehand and was reasonably priced.

They built a beautiful extension off an existing deck that curves around a above ground pool. They even returned a couple times to make some extra adds. We love it.

Pleasant guys. Screen was difficult to get back on track but they worked at it and got it done. Would hire again for sure.

Living in Florida and arranging for work to be done in Massachusetts can be trying at best. Michael made this very easy conducted over the telephone and the windows were repaired and are being installed. Will definately recommend and use them again

Response was prompt. The owner Mike came out for estimate on a Friday. Tues we signed contract and Thursday we had a new porch!

I had a deck repair job which I posted on HomeAdvisor. Mike was very prompt in picking the project. He looked at the deck and gave me an estimate between $320 - $420. After finishing some part of the repair in two hours I was surprised to hear that he will need additional $900 to complete the repair. This felt very unprofessional and a predatory practice. The leftover work was there because of his mistake of not understanding the work. His quote of $900 was abnormal because it was actually done by one lead carpenter and helper in under two hours with $20 material cost. We eventually settled on $350 so still he was almost 100% over his original estimate. H Overall, I had a very bad experience. I would recommend Mike to work more professionally. He should show due diligence when estimating work no matter how small the job is.

I had a broken window on a holiday weekend during a pandemic. Mike contacted me within an hour!

Replaced front storm door and doors on shed. Work was good. We love our new doors!
