Home Building
Wm F. Murphy, Inc worked in a tightly constrained space of our lot to meet the requirements of the design plan.
The site was challenging due to the fixed elevation of the existing house plumbing and the estimated seasonal high ground water level.
The installer made recommendations to upgrade the ruggedness of the filter bed components over the original plan and installed the components accordingly.
We appreciate the extra effort made to save a desirable large maple at the edge of the new filter bed on our largely pine lot.
The project was worked every day with appropriate people and materials brought in when needed, e.g., local inspector, civil engineer, loads of sand, filter bed pipes and components.
The finished leaching bed was covered with top soil and seeded to leave a neat looking new lawn area.
The project was completed per our agreed to schedule.
