Did the work in just about an hour and left the wood cut in 18" pieces as requested. Great cleanup and highly recommended.

Contacted Busy Beaver shortly after a major storm that knocked down 3 large trees in my yard. I had used this business in the past and was provided good service. The owner was very responsive to providing an estimate. Other companies I contacted only provided voice mail which was not answered promptly. It was a busy time due to the storm damage experienced by many people. I was given an estimate for the trees plus some additional ones that I also wanted down. Work was done quickly.

• I was a bit surprised by the number of smaller trees and underbrush that was knocked down in the wooded side lot where the trees were located. Most of this debris was left in the woods along with some substantial felled trees. The yard area was not cleaned up immediately so I ended up doing that myself (I don't doubt the business would have done this, I was just impatient). I paid the business in full but was not provided a receipt, which I needed for insurance purposes. I was told it would be dropped by on the next business day. I had to call several times over the course of 2 weeks before the receipt was finally mailed.
• All in all, I would say the experience was good. I very much like the fact that the owner is almost always reachable by phone when called. He worked with me as I decided how many trees I wanted removed and the work was done quickly. The price seemed a bit high, the debris a bit too much, and I had to chase him for the receipt (probably my fault for not insisting at the time of payment). I would use this business in the future.

Steve called back with in a day and I explained what work I wanted done, he was able to go to the house without me being there to quote the price. Quote happened within 2 days. We agreed n a price and work was scheduled to be done with in 5 days. Work was complete as scheduled and clean up of wood was done very well, no trace that trees where taken down or trimed. I would highly recommend Beaver Tree

THEY DID ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND EXCELLENT WORK. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. IT WAS GOOD QUALITY WORK FOR A GOOD PRICE. THEY WERE ALSO VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY SAFETY CONSCIOUS.
