We noticed a strong basement smell in our house when we ran our heating and a/c. A friend recommended Mike at M and L Mechanical. He immediately diagnosed (the very complex) problem, explained various options, and answered all our questions. His administrative assistant was always pleasant, helpful, and available. Once we decided what to do, Mike came quickly, worked efficiently, and made sure the work was done perfectly and up to code. He did the work himself with his crew and was constantly supervising. His crew was very nice and skilled as well. They kept us updated about each stage of the project. We were without heat for only a few hours of the course of the two days it took to complete the project. They worked over time but stuck with their original estimate and didn't charge extra. The best part is that we keep our heat a few degrees lower now and our house is 10 degrees warmer. There is no smell anymore and the system is nearly silent.
Description of Work: Installation of new furnace, return vent, and ductwork for forced hot air system.
