After our home was broken into in November, all I could think was: great, one more thing to add to my things-to-do list. I needed a Harvey window replaced, and saw on Harvey's website that JAD was a certified contractor to do that work. I called John, and initially got voicemail, but he returned my call within a day. Everything was swift thereafter. He was punctual to meet me at my house to check out the window specs, just a quick 10-minute visit over my lunch break (the visit would've been entirely unnecessary if I'd managed to find the barcode John asked for, but I'm an idiot; he was very gracious about the whole thing). Straight following his visit, he emailed me a quote for the window replacement so I could process it through my insurance, and within 2 weeks, the window arrived. Another lunch-break visit -- this time literally just 5 minutes -- and John had already removed the broken window, replaced it with the new one, and carted away the old window for disposal. Everything looks great! It was a pleasure to work with John. It's hard to find punctual, responsive, straightforward contractors, and John made it painless to knock this task off my things-to-do list. At 8 months pregnant, that means A LOT to me. Thanks!

We are so pleased with the new window John and his crew replaced.  He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  I'm a stickler for details and was very pleased that everything was caulked properly and neatly inside and out.  They also left the work area as clean as it was when they arrived.
We were so pleased we are in process of having him do a few other projects we have been meaning to get to.

Since many of the new windows were not the same side as those replaced, there was an issue that arose. After the first window was installed, the crew identified gap in the siding around each window. John came up with a great solution and was very reasonable with the additional labor costs for the work not covered in the original estimate.  

They were very good. The person who runs it, John, was very responsive. Overall, I was happy with their work. I spent $32,000 on that work. They were good at following up on concerns that we had. They were also good paying attention to details. They broke some screens while working on the windows, but they fixed everything they busted for nothing. They were very helpful. They were pleasant people to be around. They were knowledgeable. They were very responsive to cleaning up every day because I have children in the house. Their price was also reasonable.
