As always, great... I took my car in thinking I would have to leave it and walk home but asked if I could wait for it. They were able to work on my car fairly soon because another car a/c needed more than recharging.

I always take my car to Flood's and have done so for many years. I trust them to accurately diagnose a problem, fix it, and charge me a reasonable price.

We have never been disappointed with the workmanship or the skill of any of the mechanics. Flood's does all our oil changes and routine maintenance and all our minor and serious repairs. The car always runs well and the communication about a repair is helpful. I feel like I understand what he recommends doing and what the alternatives might be so that I can make an intelligent choice.

I used them many times on my previous car, was very happy with the work and price, and will use them again with my new car.

They got the job done in an hour the same day. They estimated it, and then they worked. They did what they said they were going to do, and they fixed it.

I thought they were good, honest and friendly.

We needed work on our air conditioner (we had it charged somewhere else initially but then found a leak about a week later) and a new hood latch and figured we'd take it in somewhere local and received a recomendation from a friend, after checking them out on angies list we took it in and got a call that our rear struts needed to be replaced. we had noticed a weird sound from the back before, but after taking it in somewhere else were told that there were no issues. this work significantly increased our estimate but after doing some research and finding that our model vehicle has has known strut issues we decided to go ahead with the work. Everything was done in one day and we were able to pick up the car that night. we will recommend this place in the future and most likely return.

I spent about $320 for the front brake rotor. Nothing about them stands out in particular. I will use this company again in the future.

They are honest and I trust them. They have always done a very good job and give me good advice as well. They communicate well with me and they don’t over charge. The quality of their job is good and I have been satisfied with their service.
