All My Sons Moving & Storage

I'd give them less than 0 stars if possible! They didn't show up at the scheduled time. They didn't send the number of people I paid for! It took 7 hours and 45 minutes to move a tiny 2bedroom apt, which I had fully packed up and disassembled all the furniture for ahead of time. AND we had to help them move everything! We PAID thousands of dollars TO MOVE OUR OWN THINGS FOR ALMOST 8 HOURS! When they broke the ceiling of my apartment's elevator, dropping the entire ceiling on my couch, their manager said we should have "installed a freight elevator." Obviously, the 2 people who they sent are not to blame. It's the shitty management! The movers did they best they could given the situation the management put them in. Plus my couch still has a hole in the center and all the corners are now missing leather. The managers at all my sons moving can get fucked. DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE! DO NOT!

They showed up 9 hours late and would not provide any discount for the inconvenience.

The movers themselves were extremely polite and efficient. They helped us pack and move boxes and took great care in the move. They kept double checking on what to take and made sure what was being taken would fit in the storage container we obtained. My main gripe was that after taking with the 3rd person on the phone, I found out I couldn't schedule a time. The first 2 times I spoke with someone I said I needed 230pm or later. The last person I spoke with said they couldn't do it on my time but I had to be ready for 12pm or later. This caused a great deal of strife for me as I had to cancel an interview, which the person didn't receive my email in time despite 24hr notice. However, I'm still happy and grateful they could accommodate a next day move.

Absolutely incredible. Mine was not an easy move - a fourth floor apartment down a very very long hallway. These guys busted their butts nonstop until the job was done. They wrapped and protected everything perfectly. They pay close attention to detail and do it all with a smile on their faces: I couldnâ t recommend them enplug. Best of all, they beat every other quote I got!

The day started off at 90° and 100% humidity we were not looking forward to this move. The guys from all my Sons, Terry, Miguel and Cornelius work really hard without a break and got us into the new property seamlessly.

The crew was really motivated and friendly even though we were their last stop on a long, hot day. They made quick work of loading and unloading and took great care of our furniture. I would recommend them to others for sure!

The worst moving experience ever! They damaged most of my furniture put holes in the walls stuff in boxes broken! They came 3 hours late they are just awful.

We had a great move experience with All My Sons movers. The guy who I spoke to on the phone originally to arrange the move was a bit rude so I was hesitant and shopped around for other options but couldn't find a better price so went with these guys. The movers who showed up on the actual day were AMAZING. They were really competent, energetic, friendly, and happy to help. They did the job as quickly as possible, not taking any breaks or even pausing. We had one or two pieces of really heavy furniture and there were just two guys and they managed to get them up 3 flights of stairs and in the apartment no problem. They had to do it all wearing masks too while they were panting & breathing hard which I know can't have been easy. Our movers were Billy Jordan and unfortunately I didn't get the other guys name, but they were both great. I would definitely definitely recommend them.

Carlos and his associate were very courteous, careful and hard working. I needed to move very quickly and they did everything they could to assist, even on unexpected add on items that I hadnâ t planned would come up on my end,

We had to move some furniture and an organ out of my motherâ s house and into a storage unit. The crew was fast, efficient and very easy to work with. They were finished in under the minimum time. I cannot say enough good things about this moving experience.

I had a very short move that I thought was going to be easy. They moved mostly boxes but, move 5 expensive pieces of furniture. They never used cloth to wrap anything. Like they were supposed to. The damaged 4 out of the 5 pieces of furniture. I had a couch no more than a month old. I spent $600 on and other fine pieces. I had a tv wrapped in tape. Who does that? The older driver of the two blamed the new guy for the damages and never wore a mask. He just shrugged his shoulders. He did not care. They wanted to settle for $155.00. That does not cover anything. I am a hard-working single parent and work hard to get nice things for my daughter and me and there are people like All My Sons Movers who take advantage of people. It has been an exhausting experience. Please do your research! Thank you!

Do not use them, simple as that. They did not abide by Covid regulations, movers did not wear masks. They left trash. They destroyed multiple areas within the house. They ruined a couch, chair, and kitchen cart. Their customer service was terrible, and the owner could care less. They cost me 5k in damages, and they gave me 250$ back. The bad company, bad service. Do not use them.

Have you ever felt like you were taken advantage of? Do you think a small move of 2 rooms (Bed, Wardrobe, Desk, Couch, a TV Table (no TV) and maybe 20 packed boxes) and a move that is only a couple of towns and just 8 miles away, could cost you over $950 and take 5 hours? That certainly was not my expectation. I originally booked the move for the guaranteed rate of $139 per hour for 2 men and a truck. I thought 2 rooms maybe 3+ hours $500 ish plus a tip. I should have been concerned after I received 5 urgent text/calls asking me to increase the 2 guys and a truck booking to include a third guy and a more expensive hourly rate. Honestly, those calls made it feel like a bait-n-switch. That feeling continued during the move when the movers referenced it would have been much easier if they only had a third guy at least 4 times during the move. By the time they finished packing the truck with my already packed and ready-to-go belongs (bed, wardrobe, desk, couch, TV Table (no TV) and maybe 20 boxes into the truck from a simple house), I knew the move budget was in trouble. It cost over $950 almost double what you should expect to move just 2 room. I have moved several times, and given I was packed and ready to go. HOW could it take 5 HOURS? When I spoke to Mark the owner by phone, he insisted it was because I moved into a 3rd floor walk-up. And he further explained that it was a LEARNING EXPERIENCE for me. the only issues I had was , the movers didn't verify the address before arriving, right house and street, wrong city, and they forgot to send a receipt. the movers also broke a few small items. but they where good for the money and didn't make you jump thru hoops to set up their services.

I needed two massive 350 lb radiators moved up a flight of stairs. Mark and the All My Sons team came through last minute, worked me in next-day, and were fantastic, knocked the job out in just 15 minutes. Highly recommend

Movers were great -expensive.

The coordination of the move was very poor. The movers themselves were very nice however not well prepared. The quote included that a bed would be reassembled however the movers did not have any tools to work with. The follow up call to voice my concerns was met with poor customer service bordering on rude. I had planned on booking for another move for my mother in August but I am back to the drawing board. I will not use All My Sons again.
