Alvin is great. He is honest, responsive and very fair. He will work with you to save costs and get the work done that you want. He helped us completely redo our current home. We have a large cape that was used as a doctors office and residence for the doctor. The doctor's office area of the home was not usable for us and we wanted to make use of the walk up attic. We tore down the middle part of the house to the subfloor on the first level and rebuilt it, upgraded, the heat, ac, electrical in the home, added foam insulation, replaced the roof, added a master bed, master bath, office, redid the kitchen, and all existing bathrooms.
We did this all while expecting our 3rd child (something I would not advise doing) and Alvin was great through the whole process. He even finished it before the baby arrived. We would recommend using him and would in the future.
