He responded quickly to my initial call and gave me a good estimate for the work to be done. After that I had to call him to get a rough date on when the work was to be done. When he had not shown up nor had I heard from him when the date he gave me had come and almost past, I called him. He told me he was around the corner and would be here in a few minutes, an hour and a half later, 7:30pm on Memorial Day evening he showed up and promptly set about cutting down the tree. The tree came down fine, the brush was removed and all the wood was cut into pieces that could be handled without too much strain. But he left without grinding the stump out. He told me 'his guy would be by tomorrow to get it'. The next day, and that week, nobody came to remove it. I called him again, he told me he was going to call his guy and have him call me. No call ever came. I called him again and he gave me his guys phone number and told me to set it up. I called the number given to me, the name on the answering machine was different than I was told it would be. I left a message and am still waiting.
