Description of Work: I brought my 2004 Subaru Outback LL Bean to All Car Care to install a trailer hitch. We had previously brought it to a mechanic to install, who was unable to do it because it turned out the bumper was pushed so that certain holes required for the installation didn't line up. He said we would need to take it to a body shop to have the frame straightened so that the hitch could be installed. I had bought the car used, and perhaps the prior owner had had an accident. I've put 130,000 miles on the car since I've owned it, and never had a problem related to the frame. | |I took the car to All Car Care, and they were able to do the work on short notice (within 3 days). They gave me a loaner car, and managed to install the hitch without messing with the frame. When I picked up the car, they said it had been more work than they expected (which I can imagine), but they still just charged me for 2 hours of labor. They were friendly, courteous, and professional, and I was very impressed.
