It went well. It was a number of years ago. I don't remember the cost. They did what I asked. They did it well, and they were good to work with. I would recommend them.

First and foremost: this car is a family heirloom, owned by my late father, who had purchased the hood and louvers but never got around to having them painted and installed. I made it clear to Rick that - given the great sentimental value of the car - the job must be nothing less than perfect.
Rick, Denise and the team responded by making the process easy and seamless. We had a couple hiccups along the way (not their fault), everything was handled with a can-do attitude and competent professionalism.
The end result is nothing short of perfection, and the car is even more gorgeous now than ever. It looks like it came from the factory with the aftermarket hood and louvers, which is exactly what I wanted. I will be sending Denise some before and after pics, it's a black Mustang Shelby GT500 that I expect will eventually be appearing on their site.
I couldn't be more pleased with the work, and am planning to have All Car Care do the paint and bodywork for me on another project I'm building.

It went very well. Going in, I wasn't even 100% sure that I would be able to keep my jeep because I didn't know what was involved in fixing it....it seemed like the problem might be ugly. Now everything is great.
These people also restore a lot of nice old cars & trucks, which are a pleasure to look at.
I found All Car Care through Angie's List and IMO this was a big help.

They were amazingly good. They accommodated my schedule, and I left my car with them about 8:30 AM. They called about 9:00 AM with the price (before doing the work). The brakes were replaced by about 4:00 PM. I picked up the car around 5:30 PM. The price was about $100 less than I had expected. I paid by personal check. Everyone I met was courteous and glad to have my business.
The business has been there for a long time, and it has a very good local reputation. Their work is especially prized by car collectors. It doesn't look like Jiffy Lube! It looks like an old-fashioned mechanic's shop, with a tiny office and lots of cars crammed into the work bays.
Possible issues for some customers: The building is easy to find if you follow their directions, but my GPS brought me to them a longer way. I should have listened to them. There's no place to wait. The car was clean when I got it back (no smudges on steering wheel, etc), but they don't wash and vacuum the car. You should make an appointment before taking your car in, although I'm sure they'll do same-day service if they can.
Overall: Very good work at a very fair price. Locally-owned. I'm a new customer for life.

Customer Service is good. Polite, courteous and straightforward. Had originally quoted me a price between $300-500 for the frame repair itself, but it came in on the low side, so that was good. As far as I can tell the work is good. Will use them again.

I limped into the shop on a snowy morning without an appointment and they fit me in. They gave me a loaner car for the day, gratis. I like these people, and they are close to my home. I will definitely use them again.

My signal wasn't working and I really needed to get it fixed so I chose them because they were really close by. I was going to the doctor's office, I just called them for the turn signal to replace the lightbulb.

Great! They gave me a loaner car for the 3 days my car was with them. The work on the car was beautiful, and when I got it back, it had been washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside. What a joy!

I've been taking our two cars here for a little over a year and could not be happier. Knowing I had to replace timing belts on both of our cars, I was prepared for the worst in terms of price. At the same time, one of them needed a new catalytic converter. But these folks delivered the timing belt and cat converter for a price I thought I'd pay for the belt alone. We had the other belt done soon after and all has been well since.
Yesterday, the starter on my wife's car went and she had it towed to All Car Care. They promptly gave her a free loaner so she could get back to work and had a new starter installed within a day, again at a fair price.
In general, they won't try to sell you services you don't need. One time I went to them with a loud squeak in the front end of my 1999 Honda Accord. I was sure I needed at least one new strut. But they said no - they simply greased it up a few times, test-driving it after each, until the squeak went away. When I asked what the tab was they said, "No charge. Come back when you need some real work." Smart move, as that led directly to my going to them for the timing belts.
Their free loaner car service is also a great bonus.
