Jared's Plumbing and Heating

Originally came to my house on an emergency call for no heat. Had to call again because the problem was not fixed after he left. There was no heat after 2 visits and he still sent me a bill and charged me for his time. Do you think I should pay him. I had to call another company who came and fixed the problem in less than 30 min.

I had an issue with my water heater on a Sunday. Jared arrived within an hour to fix the problem and assess the whole system to make sure everything was safe and working. I am very appreciative of his help. Reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Responded right away and arranged to come to my house. Told me ahead what he expected the job to cost (depending on extent of work). Came on time. Efficient and pleasant. Very reasonable cost and job completed efficiently. I would definately call on him again for any plumbing job.

Responded quickly, scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. Repaired the pipe for the shower head. This turned out to be a larger project that originally anticipated due to the fact that my husband broke the pipe off at the wall in attempting to do repair himself. Jared did an excellent job and made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left. The price was definitely fair for the amount of time he spent doing the work. We would definitely hire Jared again for future plumbing needs.

Fixed same day even though the way I explained the problem they came with the wrong parts. (My bad)Came back with the right parts and fixed.

Jared came out to install three faucets, but I added an additional job. He was very accommodating, went out and bought the parts needed, and completed it during the same visit. Excellent work, too!

Jared, has a life time if expierance as a plumber and installed 2 toilets in our older home and made the adjustments needed to get the toilers to fit perfect. Resonable price and we highly recommend him .

Jared did an outstanding job. He answered my call almost immediately and came on schedule. He fixed a leaky outside shower and an inside faucet. I thought the shower pipes and faucet had to be replaced but he repaired them, saving me hundreds of dollars. Professional, honest and fair!

Jared returned my call same day, Monday, and made appointment for Wednesday. He then called on Tuesday and said he could come in an hour, which he did. He had a helper so work went fast replacing my outdoor shower that had a burst pipe. He had all the parts and tools necessary with him, so no waiting. He was done in little more than an hour, and the price was reasonable. You can't find service like that very often. I am very happy and will call him again if needed in the future.

We discovered some water stains on our garage ceiling under the 1st floor plumbing. Jared said the only way to determine the source would be very expensive (involving video scoping) so he suggested -because the stains were just slightly damp - that we keep an eye on it and call him if it got worse. We offered to pay him for his time but he did not accept. We will be calling Jared for all of our future plumbing needs!
