They were right on time and very friendly. I have three cats and even with daily vacuuming there is cat fur in the carpets. They applied a special protectant so it repelled liquids and made it hard for the fur to stick to the carpet. I paid an extra 10 dollars for the protectant and it was worth every penny. They will be cleaning my carpets again. I highly recommend them!

I have Aldenville rug cleaning come out once or twice a year to clean my cream stair runner and several area rugs. They are always on time, polite, thorough, and reasonably priced. I have and will continue to recommend them.

I inquired with Aldenville Rug to clean 2 area rugs, 2 sofas and a love seat. Their prices were better than any others in the area. The cleaners arrived promptly and were very nice. They did a great job on the rugs and couches. I will use them again when we need future service.

Cleaned living room carpet and large sectional. They do a great job but I feel it is too expensive. However, I will call them again because I get the same person all the time and I trust him and his co-worker.

They are wonderful and we use them every year. They will clean whatever I need done. They have one technician who has been with them the entire time we have used them. He knows what to do and is quick and trustworthy. Their price is very competitive. I have had no problems with them.

Unbelievable fast. They were great with giving helpful hints on spot cleaning. My carpets looked like new. I will be calling them in the spring for another cleaning.
