Our appt to fix our treadmill was rescheduled. We asked for a sooner appt & the CSR and manager were both unhelpful, rude, & did not listen to us. On 2/1/21 we received a call to have a tech come repair our treadmill. The tech came on 2/4 and said our 2 mo old treadmill needed a new computer. He said the computer would be mailed to our home and we'd need to call to schedule another appt to have it installed. We received the part and called to schedule an appt and was given 2/16. On 2/15 we received a call that the tech had to bring his wife to the ER. In my opinion this is information that should not have been shared with customers. We were told the next available appt was 2/23. We asked for a sooner appt and was told there were none. When we questioned this the CSR provided "excuses" such as she was the only one working and there wasn't anyone else to talk to (I heard people in the background), We asked to speak to a manager and was told he'd call us back. When he called the next morning, "Michael" was rude from the moment I picked up the phone. He offered no information and repeated what the CSR the night before had said. When I told him I didn't understand how there was no other tech available, the manager replied "I'm sorry you don't understand". Ideally, I'd love to have a tech to come repair my treadmill in a more timely fashion. I would also appreciate an apology from the CSR and CSR Manager for their incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior. I don't see either of those happening though!

They are not cheap but in my opinion are worth every penny. The elliptical now performs better than it did when new and first assembled. It's an EXPENSIVE piece of equipment and proper maintenance and service is absolutely necessary to maintain function. Technician was on time, professional and friendly. By the end of the appointment I was very confident in his level of expertise Recommend these guys without reservation.
Description of Work: Had the hardest time finding repair or maintenance services for a recumbent elliptical. Several companies told me I was mistaken and must own a recumbent bike.

It was difficult to diagnose but Mike Driscoll stuck with it and sorted out, the previous repair company, also recommended by Precor, misdiagnosed the issue, charged me over $200, and left me with a broken treadmill. I told Mike that my husband really needed the treadmill, due to a health concern, and when the parts came, he was at my door before 8am to install them, He was courteous and efficient and left the treadmill in perfect working order the work was a fair price and I would call him again and recommend him to anyone
Description of Work: Our Precor treadmill was in need of repair, another company had come twice, I had paid them over $200, but the problems persisted, I called AAtlantic Fitness, Mike Driscoll came in a timely fashion, and diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and fixed our machine, it now runs like new
