He called on Friday 2/13/2015 and paid $30 extra for same day delivery. They never tried to deliver till Sat at 11:30. I came home at noon and found a tag on the door to call the florist. I called and right away the gentleman started making excuses why he would not come back to Mansfield on this day. He was very rude and accused me of being rude, then he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a woman and asked where they were located. She told me their location and then gave me some more excuses and attitude. I explained that they were supposed to be delivered on Friday, she said well was anyone home? I said yes my wife was home all day so she said oh (I think if I said no one was home they would have claimed they tried to deliver that day). This was the feeling I got from this woman, then she hung up.I called again and got a different man he started yelling at me right away and I told him I was wondering if the flowers were in the shop now so I could come get them. He said no they weren't there and he didn't know what time they would be back in. I asked how I could come get them if they weren't there he said you can come and get them on Monday and I explained that was not an option. That is when he told me to go F*** myself and hung up. I went to the shop to confront the person that said this to me and one of the four employees admitted that he said it. He started screaming at me and yelling to leave his store. He said I did you a favor and cancelled the order. Then he said he was going to call the police and I asked him to. He went in the back room so I left. My son's fiancé saw that I had told the story on Facebook so he called and the store owner told him he would be charging them anyway, and that I was a very rude person. Later that night on 2/15/2015 someone delivered flowers to my wife, I don't know which florist did this. I think my son had originally called 1-800 flowers and that is how he got involved with Especially Yours. I haven't talked with my son since this so I don't know if he is having a problem dealing with the people at Especially Yours. I have never left a review before but I am still very upset, no one should have to deal with a business owner like that. This was Valentines Day.
Description of Work: The owner told me to go F myself and cancelled my sons order. Then told my son's fiancé they would not return his money.
