I called Kirin and he responded that day. He came and gave me a price of $1900.00 to blue board and skim coat plaster two bedrooms.He said he could start the next week. Then two days later he called and said he had a cancellation and could he come the next day. He came and was done within two days. He did a beautiful job.

Kieran and crew were great. Kieran responded the same day that I left him a message, came right over, and emailed me a quote in less than a day. He was very sensitive to the fact that we were living in the home (with two kids) while the work was going on - he went out of his way to avoid inconveniencing us (as much as was possible). He was ready to start when I was ready for him - we were having some lighting installed at the same time, so needed to coordinate with the electrician. Once the electrician had done his rough work, Kieran and crew came and did work on one floor, then cleaned everything up so we could inhabit the whole house over a weekend. They returned the next week and finished the work in the stairwell, hallways, and bedrooms - we couldn't sleep in our bedroom one night only (he had told us about that in advance). In total it was 5 days of work from him and his crew (Kieran was there every day), with a weekend dividing it up. The work is very high quality - the painter, electrician, and an architect friend all were impressed. I am also comforted that Kieran made it very clear - if there are any troubles, he will do what needs to be done to take care of them. There was one small issue with regards to getting a permit - the town I live in is quite uptight about permits, and the electrical inspector was overly excited, causing us to have to get a permit to inspect the number of screws they were using for the blueboard. Kieran knew how to talk down the town inspector and told me what I would need to do (it was easy, in the end). The only quibble I would have is that they left a bunch of plaster in the corner of our yard...I would just suggest being clear with them upfront about where you would like them to clean out their buckets at the end of the day.

I have a stucco house and Kiernan and his crew were great. They came within a week to do the work. It took 2 days. They were very thorough and not only repaired the stucco where it was disintegrating and fixed one large crack..but went all over the house and fixed any cracks they saw. They also cemented the side porch (which was leaking) along the seams even though that was a new problem since they gave their estimate ....and didn't charge anything extra. They were cheerful and cleaned up afterwards so you couldn't even tell they were there. I am sure their work as plasterers would be great too. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing. They showed up on-time, hauled in all the drywall and worked hard to get the drywall up and everything skim coated in about 5 hours. It would have taken us weeks!! These guys are fabulous.

This man is amazing. His work was outstanding. What he estimated would take one week only took two full days and a few hours. His work is unbelieva ble. The walls and ceilings are smooth as glass. Everyone who has been at the house from painters, contractors, friends and family have all commented how great the work is. Kieran came by today to finish a small area around the kitchen opening that the contractors messed up and he also patched a few small wall holes made by us and the contractors. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. He is extremely reasonable, does excellent work and happens to be a really nice guy!

Kieran was the only plaster contractor out of seven to return my call, and he did so in a timely fashion. He was great, and I will definitely use him again in the future.

Hired company for my client. They showed up when they stated they would and did the work in a timely and clean fashion. My painter followed them and said the finish was somewhat rough and he had additional work to prep the surface for paint. My painter did that work at no extra charge. The client was happy with the overall job.

Our painter recommended we get our ceiling repaired by a professional plasterer and recommended Bart. Bart came by and gave us a quote for the work. We scheduled him to come over in 2 days. He arrived with one assistant, covered up all the rugs and bare floors, and was finished in about 6 hours. It was a dirty job but they cleaned up pretty well, considering. I would definitely use him again.

I had Kinsale Plastering put a fresh skim coat on the old plaster in the front stairway of our house. I did some patching with blueboard ahead of time to keep the cost down. They started about 7:30am and finished by early afternoon. They cleaned up and were gone by the time I got back from work. The walls look like new, he was able to blend in to all the trim without covering any of the wood. We plan to paint the walls in the next week or two.

Fast, competent work. Workmen gave me options, as they proceeded at no extra cost.
