GT Granite & Marble

During the project, we were happy with his responsiveness and his work. We recently encountered issues with a large custom shower that Thiego tiled Specifically, the long marble thresholds cracked in two places, as they were apparently improperly installed. I called Thiego and he promptly returned my initial call. When I described the issue Thiego indicated that he would come up later that week to look at the issue. Since that call, several weeks ago, he has not responded the multiple phone calls and text messages, making it clear that he had no intention of standing behind his work. This is very disappointing, as quality craftsman do work that lasts and honest business men afford their customers the respect of responding to their requests. I would encourage others to look elsewhere for their tiling needs
