He's never come. It was December 6th. He said he was doing a fire escape in Boston and when he was done he would come right over but I've never seen him or heard from him. I tried to call him but never got in touch him.

The design followed our desired description and seems well crafted. Installation went as planned working around cold weather conditions. When one railing came loose it was reinstalled without complaint. The company has told us to call them anytime should we have any concerns.

The quality of both the materials and the installation was outstanding. The price was amazing. The bars match (actually they look better) than the existing bars on the building. The installer stood in the rain hanging his body weight on the bars to demonstrate to me that they were indeed very secure; he obviously took pride in his work. Due to the thickness of the walls, the installation of the latch was problematic, however it was done without complaint or additional cost. The end result was a very clean look on the inside; better than I had expected. The only complaint was the inside work created more debris and dust than I would have expected and I was left to clean it up. However, it had started to rain and the installer was obviously concerned with getting his power tools out of the rain for which I cannot blame him.

THE GRATES ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THEY WERE INSTALLED WITH A CUSTOM DESIGN THAT CREATIVE IRONWORKS ORDERED SPECIFICALLY FOR OUR PROJECT. THE INSTALLATION WAS PROMPT AND THE INSTALLER WAS VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT.
