Had a few issues with delivery of materials that was not their fault it was a supplier issue and they went above and beyond to seek alternate sources and complete their work in a timely manner! Top notch work!

Every worker for this company was on time each day. They worked under severe heat conditions for more than 8 hour days. At all times they were polite and patient. They explained all that they were doing. Supervisors inspected their work, made suggestions, and re-inspected. Today , after we thought they were finished, they returned and found things they weren t happy with and will fix the problem. We are extremely happy with everything that they ve done and their professional business approach.

These guys ae the only ones who actually verified the cause of the mold, and then did the work to re-route bathroom fans through the roof. If you want the job done right, stop here!

They are doing the job as I type. I haven't yet seen a finished product but after talking to Scott a couple of times, let me say he & Dave were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and generally very nice guys. I would recommend for that alone. Will see after they're done how good the attic looks. The cost for peace of mind = priceless! One place told me the job would take about 3 days, these guys said they anticipated being done same day

Caliber did a quality job at a great price!

I originally was going to have my roof done but realized the deck had become a priority. Steve gave me a fair price. He did an excellent job and completed the job on time. He was very accommodating when I requested a change even though it meant more work for him. The deck turned out great. I will hire Steve in the future.

He was professional, fast, accurate, and the reslt was great. Moreover he has good experience and judgment with old houses and was able to advise us on color etc. We would absolutely have him back again.

Steve White gave us a fair price, did qulaity work, did it on time and was outstanding in his communications to us on progress and status. We started with Steve doing our roof, when we saw what a fine job he did and experienced his reliability, we went on to have him replace or deck, re grade and landscape our yard, install hardwood flooring , and tile floors in the home. I have already provied his busniss card to my friends on the cape. When I have additional projects in the future, I will definitely hire Steve and Caliber again

Caliber building was initially contacted to do siding work on my house. They have also changed the roof and built a wonderful screened porch addition, all on agreed upon budget! I found the following things to be outstanding working with Caliber: Quality of work, communications, honesty, attention to detail. One of the only contractors who showed up on time, from doing the estimate to starting the work. Started and completed the job in the time frame as scheduled. My floors look brand new. I couldn't be happier w/the end result. Also, the workers cleaned up after themselves. My house had minimal dust after the job was completed.

Steve was a true professional from begginning to end. The quality of work was terriffic. The job was completed on time and Caliber left my home perfectly clean! I highly recommend using Steve and his crew.
