I got in touch with them by phone and they were pretty good in getting back to me. I think they are only in office if there is scheduled work, so calling is the best bet. We scheduled a mutually convenient date, and I waited while they did the work (shared waiting area with other auto businesses at their address- not super comfy, but restroom, vending machine, tv and wifi - somewhat inconsistent wifi at times).
The install took an hour less time that originally estimated and the job was beautiful. It was virtually impossible to tell the product was on the car (which is what it is supposed to do). The product has performed as advertised and still remains hard to detect on the car even in winter with the salt and sand dust. Very pleased with the work. Came with standard VentureSheild warranty of 5 years.
