Orlando was amazing. We had our vents cleaned by a company that came in and actually made the air quality of our home worse. We hired Orlando to come and fix their mess and he was wonderful. He explained everything to us as he was working. He told us how to make our heating and air conditioning more efficient without trying to sell us additional services or products. It was a pleasure to deal with Mr. Silva ,the owner and operator of PROAIR DUCT CLEANING. Unlike one of two other potential companies ,who wished to charge me a substantial fee for travel time, Mr Silva did not, although he was the most distantly located of three companies I considered. Even excluding the travel fee of the aforementioned company Mr. Silva�’s fee was still significantly lower than the competition. Price of course is not the only factor, but a pre-visit discussion with Mr. Silver and further discussion.Afterr his free on site-assessment of my heating system convinced me of his expertise and of the quality of his equipment. He appeared on time on the date promised .He completed the work carefully, efficiently and cleanly, providing me with information duringtheh process. He was very professional and was very good at explaining what he was doing. Orlando found a lot of plaster dust in our ductwork, and did an excellent job in cleaning it out. My wife, who has asthma, seems to feel better since the cleaning. We certainly would use him again or recommend him to our neighbors.

Orlando was punctual, knowledgeable, neat, professional and did a great job cleaning our condo's air ducts as well as the dryer vent. Unlike most of the contractors, there was no cumbersome vacuum as the unit was right on his truck. I would highly recommend as he seems to be tops in this business and as a bonus his price was the most reasonable.
