Pros: Dennis gladly answered ALL my questions prior to my hiring him. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure chatting with him while he did the work. His prices were very fair, below several other quotes I received from other local plumbers. Cons: On the scheduled day of water tank replacement, he came over an hour and a half late without calling to let me know that he was running late. I do question his allowing new pipe ends to touch my dusty, sandy basement floor prior to using them. I realize that a cleaner is applied prior to soldering them together, but I wouldn't allow them to get unnecessarily dirty, especially with grit. Not a big deal, but he chipped off a chunk of one of my wooden basement stairs while moving a tank. Numerous times I had insisted upon helping him move the tank so this would not happen. Dennis did not promptly email my invoice as expected. He says he sent it to wrong email address, but I gave it to him via text, not handwritten or verbally over the phone. I had to call him 6 days later to get the invoice. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dennis. I acknowledge he's just one guy running his own small business. This perhaps led to some of the cons (moving heavy water tanks alone, not having an office employee that calls when the technician is running late and handles the post-job paperwork/invoice) , but he's a great guy and did a great job for the cost.

The morning before Thanksgiving day, our hot water heater failed. Dennis responded quickly to my request for same day service, and knew from my description of the symptoms and his experience what we were likely dealing with (fried heating elements). He arrived well before his initial eta (he had a cancellation), quickly confirmed the diagnosis, went and got the parts and did the job in under an hour. He fee was exceptionally reasonable, particularly seeing as it was the day before Thanksgiving and we had a house full of family. So I was caught between a rock and hard place, and Dennis came to our rescue like it was just another day/project for him. Thanks Dennis, you saved our Thanksgiving!!!

Dennis contacted me right away, gave me an estimate and made an appointment to look at the heater. After discussing the work to be done, I hired him and felt confident that he would treat me fairly and do a thorough job. He is very pleasant to work with, professional and highly knowledgeable of his trade. He had to knock a wall down to get to my heater and replace it, but that didn't phase him. I highly recommend him for any plumbing service.

It was late evening when I submitted the request and Dennis contacted me immediately. He was on his way to home from previous job when he called. He listen to the problem and came an look at the problem right away. He fixed the problem with an hour and at very affordable price. I am so impressed with his work, quick response and price that I will hire him again, if I need any plumbing work. I highly recommend him to others.
