Paul did a terrific job installing our glass shower door. We did run into some issues with the Tile, but Paul worked around it and was more then willing to accommodate our needs. Will recommend and use Fast Glass again.

This was a small project (not to me though) of replacing double pained broken glass. Paul called me immediately, relieved my fears about a price we had been told, and was ready to come over that night to give a quote. Paul arrived on time and confirmed all the details we had discussed on the phone. He politely, professionally, and with a great sense of humor understood that I had wanted to get this done for some time but was extremely worried if we could afford it. The quote, and final bill ended up being exactly as he had estimated over the phone. The repair was completed fast, perfectly and without a single hitch. Thank you Paul!

Implied in estimate phase that they would cut glass to accomodate a non-plumb wall. Did not do that. Broke tile and left dirty handprints on the wall and surrounding area.

"All custom shower doors are custom to fit opening provided by customer. This door would have never fit if the glass was not out of square. This is the second tile I have broken in 12 years. This customer failed to mention he has GLASS TILES. Pictures of this job are available."

Paul returned calls immediately and had quotes in on time with very competitive pricing. He showed up on time for measuring and actually installed the door days earlier then expected. Turn around was excellent and his product are top quality. He is an excellent choice for that truly custom look... my 5 year old niece calls my shower the "movie star shower"... that has a lot to do with Fast Glass and the attention to detail from Paul.

I am pleased with the product (glass shower doors) and the over all service was fine. The only small down side is they did not completely clean up after themselves leaving small pieces from what they had to cut. But over all a very professional job.

Paul did an excellent job in installing a shower door in my bathroom.The custom shower door he had made in his factory was far superior to the Shower Doors for the same price at Home Depot and Lowe's .I would recommend Paul to any of my friends who needed to have a Shower Door installed in their bathroom.

Paul was friendly, polite, and professional, but consistently late for every appointment. Not a little late, but 1-2 hours late. No phone call either. Also, the frameless shower enclosure was installed very sloppily. He had to return to replace a cheap two sided tape padding for the edge of the door. It was replaced with an equally cheap one sided tape padding. Also, the silicone gel that was used to adhere the door to the tile wall was installed very sloppily. Given how much we were spending on this job, I expected a higher quality of workmanship. Very disappointed.

"There was nothing cheap about this job we use nothing but the best meterials on every job....I thought the job looked great, in fact i have a photo on our web page... www.Fastglass.info.. If i can not verify someone is at the residence i will not send a technition to the job... customer could not receive phone calls because of computer... Wish we could please everyone.....
