Called to inquire about the services for a home improvement project. The person answered "Ya what is it" which was surprising to have a professional company answer the phone in that manner. When I identifed why I was calling, I didn't even get an apology for answering the call in that tone. I then proceeded to explain why I was calling but was offered very little information. It seemed that I needed to ask about the company instead of him offering information regarding the company. My first impression is that this company is very unprofessional, rude and not interested in new business. I would not even give this company a second more of my time and consider doing business with them. Prospective Client
