Jordan's Furniture

My box springs would not fit up the stairs in my new house. I called Jordan's, they got me new split box springs the next day and took away the old ones. The price was good and the service was outstanding.

It went well, delivery was delayed but I was told in advance.  Furniture arrived and was put where it was requested!

Jordan's was extremely helpful in assisting us with our furniture purchase and accommodating when we needed to make last-minute changes to our order. The furniture delivery process was highly efficient and went smoothly.

I first went to sleepy's, but they gave me the runaround and wouldnt cost compare. Jordan's was easy from start to finish. They just let us test them out, then we left to get dinner and talk about it, came back and bought the right mattress for us. Yes it was expensive, but thats not because Jordan's price was expensive, in fact it was a good deal, it was an expensive mattress. We love it. The movers got it up a tight space (king size) with minimal problems. Great job. Would definitely go back there again for my next mattress.

It is a wonderful company to deal with. They stand behind their furniture. They deliver  the stuff when they say they will. The set up was absolutely amazing. They leave things probably better then when they got there and their prices are better then any high end company and their products are high end.

My daughter and I entered the showroom - within 30 seconds were greeted by a professional salesperson - he asked us what size and  $ range we were looking to spend in - and showed us 3 examples within that range, clearly described the levels of support, etc., and we discussed delivery options (we wanted to drive away with the mattress/foundation on our car - and asked if that would be possible and if the stock room staff would help - yes! Happily!) and within 10 minutes we purchased a great set which we paid for right in that departmen (no longer needing to go to the "payment center") which was convenient.  The stock room staff were FABULOUS - professional, friendly and polite - and FAST.  The nicest associate loaded and tied securley both pieces and assured us we could drive on the highway with no problem - the load would be securely tied - and it was!  We really enjoyed the whole process - Thank you Jordan's!

I like their quality, their selection, and their pricing.  I also like their customer service and their delivery.  I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

It depends on the sales person you get but 9 out of 10 are excellent. We have bought furniture from them off and on over the past 3 years. They have good prices and we will continue to use them.

They have a great selection to choose from.  I was happy with the service they provided as well as the furniture quality.  I will definitely be using them again.

They stand behind everything they sell. It doesn?t matter what I buy. If I am not satisfied, they will try to help me. They don?t make a big feel about it or try to cheat me on anything. They are very very honest and very friendly. Their price is reasonable. They are very punctual, and I have had a great experience with them. The people that wait on us for the mattresses know exactly what they are talking about. It is a good company to deal with, and everything I have bought there has been great. I got a different cover on the lounging chair than what was in on the floor and it came in at the right time.

Jordan's Furniture is a fun store. They have things to do for kids while the parents can shop. They don't breath down your neck. They let you shop on your own unless you have a question. It has been a great experience.

I wanted a specific kind of desk and I found it there. They had the style that I was looking for. Anybody there will talk to you about what you need, and everyone is pretty knowledgeable. It was a painless experience. The salesman was great at helping me figure out the exact kind of desk that would work for me. In fact, because of the information he gave me I was able to help the delivery man to get the desk in without breaking anything.

Not too good. The people they used to install the adjustable bed didn't know what they were doing.

Our salesperson was OK, but rather distracted. She didn't care about us once we decided to buy. The delivery was terrible. They gave us a four hour delivery window and then showed up three hours late. So basically we had to stay home all day. Then we discovered that one of the pieces had a major flaw, and needed to be replaced. It took a few weeks to get the replacement.

I love Jordan's! It's a fun store to visit because of the fabulous ice cream and liquid fireworks display, but the furniture is great quality and very reasonably priced! I've shopped other furniture stores in the area, but they don't compare. Jordan's is always my first stop. When you move, if you change your address with the post office, you'll get a coupon in the mail. Also if you buy something and have it delivered, they give you 1 week to decide to purchase additional items from the same set and they will deliver a second time for free!
