They were on time friendly and personalanle. Painted my bathroom that looks amazing. And they cleaned up after themselves.

Brian is amazing! He came recommended from our realtor. What I liked most about working with Brian and ultimately why we chose him is his clear communication and punctuality. When getting quote from others, simply getting a room-by-room breakdown by price was hard. Brian, on the other hand, ALWAYS does what he says he is going to do. On my first call with him, before hanging up, he repeated my request back, in list form. He told me when he would do something and always followed through. I also found him very accommodating. I changed a color after the first coat, and it wasn’t a problem. Alex, one of his workers that was at our house each day, was very nice and professional. They were always on time. They even put up the paint in the basement at the end! At the end of the project, it was no problem that I wanted an extra day to walk through a find any places that needed touch ups. There was only one place that needed a small touch up. Brian doesn’t walk away from a job until you’re satisfied. I will continue to use him for all big paint jobs that I can’t do myself. I can’t recommend him enough! (Also, he was a little cheaper than ALL the other quotes.)

Brian and his team did an amazing job. Brian was very patient, professional and punctual. He walked me through how to choose the best colors for my unit, that made my unit look more modern and updated. Pictures attached. I loved how it came out and appreciated all his hard work!

Our house was in desperate need of exterior paint, and the shingles were in bad shape. We got a lot of estimates, but Brian seemed the most knowledgeable and the most reasonable in terms of cost. He and his crew were very professional and, even better, very responsive to our texts and phone calls (something that is unusual in any contractor). This is the first time we've had to have a house painted, and naturally we had a lot of questions. Brian was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions and offered us aesthetic advice as well, that always ended up being the right thing to do! He even helped us pick out the right stain for our stairs, by buying samples himself and painting examples on different steps. He was also very accommodating when we added a few things to the initial job (replacing a broken window pane, painting/staining our back deck) or changed our minds about other things. The condition of our house and unpredictable weather made the job take longer than expected, but the crew head, Alex, took the time to do everything right. When we had concerns, Brian always addressed them immediately, and those that he couldn't address right away due to weather or other circumstances, he promised to address at a later date. We have found very few contractors that are so flexible and willing to work with the client to get the job done right. We love the way our house looks (as do the neighbors!), and we highly recommend Brian.

Very professional team with outstanding results. Made the decks for our entire condo look brand new and modern. Very reasonable in pricing and very accommodating to our schedules. Excellent. My condo is on the top floor and with the brutal wind, rain and snow my ceiling had water stain damage in several areas. Kennedy Painting did a great job at our home. We have hired them to do painting on two separate occasions and both times we were 100% satisfied with the painting. The crew showed up on time both days and got to work right away. We expected the first project to take two days, but the crew was able to complete in just one day. The team was very professional and took care to protect our furniture and the floors where they worked. We are going to be hiring Kennedy Painting again to do some exterior painting. Overall, this has been the best painting company we have used!

Outstanding

We have an older home, 1895, with asbestos shingle siding and wood framed windows which were cracked and peeling. 

Brian Kennedy and his crew were able to fill, sand and prep all trim and sills to accept paint.  We were concerned that we would need to replace the trim which would have potentially caused damage to the asbestos siding.  Brian was able to save all of the trim, helping us to avoid more time and cost and maintain details which are original to the home.
Asbestos siding has a tendency to fade and we were concerned about the paint coverage as we were changing colors - going with a darker color (red!) than was on the house.  Brian tinted the primer and had his crew follow with 2 topcoats.  The finish is beautiful, consistent and clean.
Brian and his crew, Rich and Jimmy, were a pleasure to work with, very professional and courteous.  The price was fair and matched the quote I was given at the start of the job.  Materials and equipment were cleaned up and stored out of the way at the end of each work day.
