I called and spoke to Al on Friday and explained my issue. I gave Al the model #. He told me he would be sure to have the part on the truck and told me he would be here the next day (Saturday) between 9:00-11:00 with a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 11:00, I called and spoke to the receptionist who told me she didn't even have my name on the schedule for Saturday. She checked in with Al and returned my call explaining Al "forgot" to call to let me know he was not able to get the part for Saturday and could schedule it for Monday. I told her I was no longer interested in doing business with HUB appliance. I am so not happy with a 2 hour wait window for a no-show. I will look elsewhere for my repair.

Great, prompt service. Great customer service. Very professional gentleman and very knowledgeable about refrigerators. Gave me a 2 hour window from 11-1p and arrived at 11am. Received a phone call 30min prior informing me he would be at my house- this was awesome as I didn’t have to guess time of arrival and wait around. Job was done in lesss than 30 min. Definitely would refer HUB appliance to friend and family. Thank you!
