Jim Fairgrieve was a member of a group of tradesman who performed the renovations. Jim was directly involved in structural engineering, demolition, and construction. Jim also used his skills to build a custom kitchen island per our specs. All of the work done by Jim was consistently above expectation and of superior quality. He was also first to arrive each morning and one of the last to leave.

great some facia just needed paint, some ripped out and replaced cut out bad trim on barn, replaced, and sealed installed insulation under porch, covered with plywood, and covered seams with strapping.
