Description of Work: DMG came to the house while we were at work and completed the job we had asked to our complete satisfaction. Normally this is a job I could tackle myself but the connections for the new dishwasher where different sizes than the connections of the old one and with only a few days before renters were moving in, we thought it was best to head to Angie's List.

Description of Work: One of our outdoor faucets ruptured over the winter. Dan quickly repaired it and checked the operation of all other outdoor faucets. He was very professional and personal. Will definitely use DMG plumbing again in the future.

Description of Work: I've had an ongoing, sporadic, problem with violently shuddering pipes when I used the bidet or toilet, but until this day it had never happened when the plumber was present. In desperation I had contacted DMG to replace all of the shutoff valves (9 years old). While he was working the shuddering started and he was able to pinpoint the problem to the toilet fill valve, which he replaced as well as the shutoffs. He also re-fastened a loose pipe hanger in the cellar which may have been related to the shuddering. It's almost a month later and the shuddering has not recurred.

Description of Work: Very disappointed with what was done.His diagnosis was incorrected. Left the house to get a part to stop a leak which was really not the issue and shared extra for the part. for the money spent on the work he did there is no way I can ask him back to do work for me or recommend him to someone else.

Description of Work: I initially hired DMG Plumbing for the one hour pluming service through Angie's Big Deal to address a rusted out hose connection for the washer for about $89.00. While I had a plumber at the house, I thought I would take advantage of the situation to get a septic system disposal installed in the kitchen (which was all set to receive the disposal; I had just been putting it off). Dan and Anna of DMG were EXCELLENT at preappointment communication, and set up an appointment for me on the very next Saturday (without my even asking). They gave me express preappointment instructions. And a time frame for Dan's arrival and expected time to complete the work. Dan arrived exactly on time, did a great job on both projects, and left the areas spotless. He was friendly and professional and courteous - a pleasure to work with. Thanks, DMG!

During my site visit a verbal quote was given to Member. After a brief discussion of the project Member was informed that a gas stove would not work during an electric outage. Member felt it may be a waste of money to continue with the project. My sincere apologies for the misunderstanding.
