Craig and his crew did a great job. They were professional and efficient. They even took down two smaller trees without charge. The crew did a great job cleaning up. I would used them again and would recommed them.

Not real clear on why this company came so highly recommended on Angie's List. First scheduled appointment for estimate was canceled due to "a major equipment malfunction". Unfortunately, as the scheduler "lost my contact information she could only call my 90 year old Mother-In-Law to leave a message on her machine that they were not coming. As we were both working outside at her house all day we did not check her machine until past the appointment time. 2nd appointment was made for a week later, earliest they could come out to quote the job was 7:00pm, right as it got dark. Wife and I took her mother to early dinner before on the day of the appointment. I arrived at her house at 6:50pm upon which I passed a large white pickup truck that had just left her driveway. I flashed my lights but truck kept going. A check with the neighbors revealed truck had pulled into driveway, sat for a few seconds, then left as they were calling out to it. Next day, never heard back from them. If you can get them to actually appear at the appointed time to provide an estimate maybe they do great work. I'll never know as we went with another service that actually arrived and waited as promised.

They arrived right on time. I was not home during the job. But they did everything that we had discussed beforehand. Other than the tree being trimmed, they left no clue that they had even been there at all. They didn't leave any mess behind at all, and no incidental damage to anything on the property. I would absolutely hire them again, as well as recommend them to anybody that needed this type of work.

Excellent! The work was performed within weeks of the estimate. Work was done professionally by the owner and two assistants. Tree climbing, use of a bucket truck, removal of branches in a 'tight' spot and trimming of evergreens that were heading towards the neighbor's porch. Work performed well, in a reasonable timeframe and property was all cleaned up and restored to its' original condition. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Craig, Susan and crew.

A great job!! We were informed of the process ahead of time, how the project would flow and details of our project along the way! I so appreciated Craig letting me know about the tree's condition as he was working on them! The crew was great - respectful - and left our yard incredibly clean - would never know we had tree work done!! Thank you so much for respecting our home & yard!! We would definitely hire them again in the future if needed!!

It went excellent. I have used Allscape's services before for removing trees and they have always provided a fair price and completed the work as requested in a professional manner as anticipated. Last winter our area had a large amount of tree damage from the winds and most of the tree services had a huge backlog and especially Allscape because once you've used them you really don't want to go to another service. Their backlog was so large that they were not taking any new customers and only trying to satisfy existing customers. I probably called around August and it was even doubtful if Allscape could get to me before November but it was worth the wait until January because again they did an excellent service. None of the trees were already down but needed to be removed because of the closeness to the house. They called on Sunday asking if Wednesday was OK and we said fine. His equipment arrived about 7:30 a.m. including a crane with a boom of 70 or 80 ft, They cut down 23 trees, cleaned the yard and driveway of debris and were finished around 3:00 p.m. Excellent job. Yes, we had to wait and I did give them a "B" for Responsiveness but that's because they are in demand and once you use them you'll understand.

These guys are awesome! They did a fabulous job, very professional, thorough, net and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

It went great. Craig Hillman came out and gave an accurate estimate and told us what our town required in the way of a permit. The group then showed up as promised, did the cutting swiftly and professionally and cleaned everything up nicely at the end. Would absolutely hire them again.

They could not have been better. They were on-time, detailed and polite. Could not have been more professional. They didn't waste any time. There were a total of four workers and they were unbelievable. The person taking the calls, Sue, owner's wife, was pleasant and efficient.

Quick and professional

Craig and his crew were professional,friendly and courteous! They did a great job removing 3 trees and pruning another. Cleaned up and the yard looked better than before they started! I plan on having a little more work in the fall. ??

Allscape did a great job. They were helpful during our initial contact and follow through to schedule the appointment. Sent three man team for the job. Team was prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. Craig, the senior arborist was very knowledgeable. Overall price was better than that quoted by SaveaTree on Cape Cod. Definitely can recommend.

Craig and his crew did an excellent job. They used mats to prevent damage to the yard, and they did an excellent clean-up afterward. I will not hesitate to use them again and I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done, including my neighbor who needs several trees removed.
