If you have ever received a call at 3:00 am from an irate tenant about the party going on in the apartment above you have probably done some serious thinking about hiring a property manager. While those incidents may be good reasons in and of themselves, there are even better reasons for hiring a professional who has all of the tools and organization to optimally manage your properties. The most important reason is reduced risk. Second in line is long term profitability. These two factors form the main focus or our business. We work constantly, through a complex array of procedures and processes, to increase profitability and reduce risk so that the fee we receive is a profitable investment for you and not just a nuisance-relief cost. We use a top notch background check service and pay less than half the price others pay and we pass the savings on to you. We implement specialized procedures to detect fraudulent landlord references (a common occurrence lately!) and deter "professional tenants". We know all of the tricks!. We have a full time repair crew to make repairs efficiently and economically. We are not plumbers but we do minor plumbing repairs that save you money compared to plumber costs. We strive to effect repairs that are cost-efficient in the short and long term. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service in every way and free up your time for other pursuits, such as buying more properties!

Very reliable and quality service. Good communication. During the roofing project, the team worked hard and constantly each entire day. They showed up on time. They cleaned up each day. When the project was done, there wasn't a speck of debris left! He and his team have managed and repaired my rental properties with excellent service and quality work on a timely basis. As a realtor, Paul is able to find good buyers quickly and handle the process easily and capably, making it easy and worry free for the seller! He is a clear and honest communicator.
Description of Work: New roof, and representation as realtor.
