$600.00 was much higher than I expected for the repair of our home air conditioner, and as I was given no estimate or forewarning, I felt that I had no option but to pay this amount in full. If I had been told in advance, I could have had a second opinion or chosen to go without it for the summer until I could afford it.

He was prompt and the job was completed on the day I needed the work done, but it took a bit longer than he quoted as it was more complicated once he got into the work. Overall work was good but the hole in the wall he had to create was poorly patched and he was not as timely in getting me the receipt I needed asap in order to move forward with some paperwork related to selling my condo.

"This job I worked on turned out to be more work, hidden wires in plenum ductwork that is against code. I rewired and rerouted all these wires. I worked well into the evening to get this completed. I patched the hole I made and told the customer that I would have to come back to give a second coat, because being late in the evening 8:30 PM. It takes several hours to cure. She said don't worry about that, her fiancee would take care of it being that the hole is the size of half dollar. I mailed and emailed her a copy of invoice the next day. I even faxed invoice to realtor for her, which realtors fax would not go thru, refaxed to another number"

We received a quick response, followed by a visit to assess the situation (A/C Unit issues). Mike repaired the electrical connection......and make suggestions for additional repairs. Price and professionalism were great.

needed air conditioning service on a samsung split system and could never get anyone out there to look at it. i contacted mike and he was there when he said he would be. he located the problem, fixed a leak and is ordering a part from samsung. he told me that he would call me in a couple of days. worked out great.

He called right away and squeezed me in before his first appointmen the next day (We spoke at 4pm). He fixed the problem right away and was very friendly. I would definitely use him again.

Mike was great. Called right away after I submitted the request. We scheduled a time for that week and he was there. Work was completed within an hour and he was on his way. I had an electrical issue with my flower cooler and Mike resolved it. I would definately recommend him!

Mike was friendly, courteous and clean. He also mentioned that he had 100% customer satisfaction. My problem: Ceiling fan and 2nd light fixture on the same wall switch didn't wrk. He tested power to the lines wrked fine, one fixture transformer was rusty and might have caused the ceiling fan motor to burn. I contacted the manufacturer.They asked me to test the fixture directly into the wall and it worked fine. I paid $180 to bring down 2 fixtures & trip an outlet in another rm I still don't know why I had no power initially. Mike said that he would put the fixture up for free when I call him back to get the other stuff done. Hmm, Next.

A really good experience working with Mike, on a frigid evening in November. I live on a houseboat and Mike was able to assess, pinpoint and fix the issue in these atypical surroundings. Very happy to have been referred to him. Thanks again Mike.
