Matt's team arrived when promised and did fast, professional work in repairing/replacing the storm damaged sections and in adding the bottom rails.  The fence looks great and we were very pleased with their work.
  

Armstrong came right out to review my request for a fence. I received the quote in the mail within 48 hours and once I decided I was going to go ahead Armstrong was very responsive. They were a little more expensive than the other three quotes I received but their fencing looked to be better quality and their sales person was much nicer to work with. Also other companies require you to move bushes and trees whereas Armstrong fence will do that for you as part of the job. There was a delay in the scheduling of the job due to their busy schedule but the sales person kept me informed the whole time. The sales person, Matt, was great to work with. Came to my house a couple times to walk through and make sure I was going to get exactly what I wanted. The installers were very polite, worked very hard to get the fence up as fast as they could and left the yard and driveway clean every day. Even when there were some questions about fencing in a corner Matt came over on a Sunday to figure out how to close the yard in, the installers ran over that Sunday morning to pull out a post and came back on Monday to work until 7:30 pm to finish the job. The fence is beautiful, the work was great and the employees were extremely nice to work with. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend Armstrong Fence and I would use them again if I needed any fencing.

Our experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish.  When we decided to replace our back yard fencing,I brought a sketch and stopped by the company office.  Although they were close to closing time, the salesman (Matt) never made me feel rushed.   The rough estimate was reasonable and after they came out to take measurements the final proposal was consistent with the estimate and the final price after all work was completed was still the price quoted.     Matt communicated well with us throughout and kept us up to date on scheduling as we got closer to the performance date.   The men that performed the service did a terrific and very professional job.  They worked diligently for three days to get the job completed and came back on the fourth day to finish up final touches for a couple of hours.    The job came out even better than we had hoped.  We have a beautiful fence that is clearly well constructed.  Our neighbors (on the side with the fence )  were also delighted with how nice it looks.

They did a beautiful job, and we are very satisfied with their work.  There was a slight issue with the light post, but they came out very quickly and cleared everything right up. 

It went very well, Jack was there 1st thng in the mornng, Workers were courteous and informative, asked my opinion before putting a certain post and left area clean and neat. would definately use Company again

We needed a fence to run along tree lines and thru tress and they hand built the sections thru the trees. Just a great experience all around.

Because of my experience with the salesman/estimator I did not pursue a quote from this company nor did I contract with them.

Armstrong did a great job. We called them in when the back fence on our brand new house collapsed, leaving a gaping hole to the street! They immediately came out, set us up for the job, and were back within days to start. It literally took them a 1/2 day to get our new fence up, and it looks amazing! They cleaned up the yard and took away the old fence. Even when it started to snow, they stayed and finished the job. We expect to be enjoying the fence for years to come.

I called Armstrong to come out for an estimate. The salesman was prompt and went over everything thoroughly with me. I had some questions later and the salesman a little slow in responding but he did get back to me and also apologized and said he was very busy. I also visited the store to check out the actual product. I put down a deposit which according to the person there would hasten my installation appointment. Well, I waited a week or 2 with no word so I called them (after all, they had my money) and from there on things went pretty smoothly. The work went as described above. The workman was on time and did well even in the cold, rainy weather. He had trouble navigating our steep driveway and blocked some cars in but it all worked out fine in the end.

Overall, work was performed timely, professionally and neatly. The owner inspected all work upon completion. The only problem was that rocks dug from the side property line to accommodate the fence posts were left along the edge of the front grass in an unsightly pile. When the owner was contacted about this issue, he offered to send someone out to remove the rocks.

Their customer service is incredible. I dealt directly with the owner. He followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. He sent me a thank you note and they were very competitively priced.
