Delivery was prompt and on time as promised. Delivery and installation was done in an efficient and professional manner. Installers gave a very detailed tutorial and answered questions. Sale was not high pressure and very personal. Overall an excellent experience.

At our home, they did a wonderful job!! Again would recommend to all my friends and family!

The reps at the Pgh Home & Garden Show were great - Friendly, knowledgeable, patient! We visited them 2 yrs in a row and attended the show the 2nd year to specifically purchase this bed. We have owned it a year and still love it!

Purchased king size split while at big E. All the staff (Ed) were very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decisions. Delivery was scheduled and went good. Ordered second bed for family member. This was over the phone and Ed helped us with our purchase. Again, delivery and set up went great. Will definitely do business again. Still keep in touch. Always mode to feel welcome.

ED (our salesperson) was terrific. Spent a lot of time-and patience-directing benefits of the bed and very word has proven true! Courteous to your body -settings are terrific! So absolutely wonderful-we wake up without aches and pains. Can't say enough about it.

I work as a nurse doing many 16 hour shifts so when I get home I have to get to sleep Asap. My back has not hurt me in 2 years. When I have nasal congestion or sinus pain I just raised the head of bed a little more to breath better. I would never sleep flat again after this experience.

We meet Cyndi and Rondy & the fair in Sept 2010 and bought they bed. Her company delivered it and set it up . We have loved it from day 1 and continue to use it all the time. Love it & love it.

My husband and I have owned a SleepPro adjustable bed since 2011. We really like the quality of the bed and, just as important, the customer service. Whenever we have contacted them regarding questions, or replacement parts when needed after a move, their response has been faster than any other company we have ever dealt with. They address whatever issue is brought to their attention, and they resolve it without any hassle or delay. We have been very impressed and pleased with this company!

On time bed was installed in my water bed frame which I wanted to keep. Install went great. Very happy with our bed. No problems.

This mattress changed our lives. My wife and I now count the minutes until bedtime. This is the most comfortable surface either of us has ever slept on...in our lives. We have been through 6 different mattresses and have never had anything that compares to our SleepPro. I cannot recommend this product enough. It was worth every penny.

Bought an adjustable bed frame and mattress a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier! From working with the sales team through the delivery to my home A+ service top level professionals throughout. Beyond that the quality of their beds is as advertised and then some! I haven't slept so well in ages! These guys are the real deal i would reccomend their beds to all my friends and family.

First of all the is the second mattress I bought from this company. The first one was a adjustable bed for my Mom, who absolutely loved it.  The quality is top-notch and I realized later it was built it the USA. What is great about this company is that they  custom build the mattress for you.  That being said I was having back problems so I purchased my second bed from Sleep Zero for myself.
I am sleeping like a baby. I bought the gel fused mattress because I get hot at night. I'm planning on upgrading to the adjustable.
The adjustable is great for someone who has back problems. You're able to raise your legs or upper body.  I don't usually write reviews but this product performed above and beyond that I felt they deserved it.  Nowadays it Is so hard to great customer service, this company is the best.

We are very pleased with the bed and would rate it a 10 out of 10. We are able to tailor the configuration of the bed to allow us to each sleep at our perfered angle. This allows us to sleep on our back or side just as the salesman said. It has reduced my wife's snoring as the salesman promised. A added plus is reclining in bed to watch TV or read.

I had bought this bed at the Ohio State Fair. Best sleep I have had in 18 years. I have had back pain for over 25 years. My mattress had a problem after 8 months. I called and talk to Cyndi Miller told her of my problem. I sent her two pictures and she sent to factory. They sent me a brand new mattress with no problems at all. Cyndi Miller took charge and never let any thing fall through the cracks. She was fantastic to work with. Sleep Pros back there products.
