Tom has been taking care of all our heating needs for over 20 years. Tom, his son and any employee he has sent have always done a wonderful job. They show up when they say they will be here. They are polite and immediately make you feel comfortable. The latest job we used them for was to replace our oil tank and furnace. Tom took a great deal of time explaining the differences between manufacturers, warranties, pros and cons of different style tanks and went over exactly what they would be doing. He has the patience to give you all the information you desire. The work was done on time. The area was left clean. My husband and I would highly recommend him

Almost a year later, any issues I have had as a new homeowner learning about Central Air (all issues were based on lack of knowledge on my part, nothing to do with the service); Tommy and his sons answer right away and will take care of any issues/problems within 48 hours. S & N is a family owned company and they make their customers truly feel like part of the family.  Additionally, I would recommend them to my friends and family.
