All went well when I was their customer. However, in mid-August, they arrived to fill our tank. Prior to this August delivery we had had no confirmation of service nor any discussions about what the price per gallon would be. I called immediately to cancel service and pay for the delivery in full. I was canceling because we are converting to gas. The representative could not have been more hostile and aggressive with me. He "educated" me on what a dumb move it was to go over to gas. When I held firm, he said that I was paid in full and canceled. Two days later, I was penalized with a fee for $299. Their credit manager, John Farley, stands firm in this penalty and said that I implied a contract when I took delivery of the oil. He is hostile, arrogant, and interrupted me. I got nowhere with him. Filed complaints with AG and a business rating company. If he is any sign of the broader company, stay away!

Overall it went well. They installed the entire system in 3 days! There were a few snags. The sales rep told me the boiler and hot water heater would fit in one area, but when the workers got there they told me it would not fit. We ended up moving the hot water heater to a closet. It worked out alright, but I wish I would have not been told otherwise. They had to come back to move the boiler due to building inspection issues, but they were prompt and attentive to the issues as they a rose. Overall I would recommend them for a big job. Their price was better than the other estimate I received.

They mistakenly cancelled our contract in the dead of winter, without telling us (our bills were fully paid). Because no oil was delivered, our tank became empty. While we were out of town, our furnace shut down, our pipes froze and burst, and our house flooded. The water bill was thousands of dollars, and the wooden floors needed to be replaced. They refused to take responsibility. Obviously, we changed oil companies.

I FIRED THEM. I HAVE HIRED CONCORD OIL BASED ON RECOMMENDATIONS FROM NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS.

THEY RESPOND PROMPTLY. THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND A COUPLE OF TIMES DURING EXTREME COLD, WHEN MY BOILER BROKE DOWN.

I HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH PETRO AS PART OF THE OIL DELIVERY CONTRACT. SERVICE WAS PROVIDED THROUGH GLEN-MOR, AND WAS CONSISTENTLY ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I HAD A BURST STEAM PIPE ON MY BOILER, THEY WERE ON-SITE WITHIN 2 HOURS (I CALLED AT 10PM) AND HAD A TECH ON-SITE WITH THE CORRECT PARTS AT 7AM THE NEXT MORNING.

I HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM AND ALMOST EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THAT. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 27 YEARS AND THEY ARE EXCELLENT AND RESPONSIVE.
