Nobody really wants to spend money on cleaning lint out of a dryer vent. The alternative is a possible house fire. That is exactly where our family was at. They came in a did a tremendous job to ensure our safety. Very professional and thorough. Reasonable priced and a philosophy that customer service is still important. Will use again for annual service!

Paul was very thoughtful and helpful both over the phone and in person. He took a lot of time to understand the odd construction of my basement, placement of the drier, vents and other relevant facts. I even sent him pictures and he advised me on the basis of those. Then he came to the house as discussed and cleaned everything out nicely. He is a very pleasant and kind person. This is at least the second time he's performed this service for me, and I will ask him to come back next year. I recommend him without reservation.

Very happy with the job done. I left an 'F' review a few days ago, when nobody came, and I could not get any response on the phone. The owner - Paul - replied to my review with his cell number. I called, and when he realized what happened and that they were at fault, he took all the responsibility. He listened, he apologized sincerely, and said he would want to make it right with me. He offered me a good discount, so I would be willing to try again. I did. I am now happy that I did. Two young men came exactly at scheduled time, they were very pleasant, polite, careful not to create or leave any dirt. They put covers over their boots, and put a drop cloth under the main pipe that was running from the huge vacuum outside. They showed me everything they were doing, gave me suggestions on how to move more warm air to my bedroom, etc. It was very professional. I would definitely call them again when time comes to do it again.

Great! Paul called back on a Friday with a last minute cancellation and we were able to schedule for Monday a.m. first thing. Price was fantastic as the service. The guys did a great job. They were clean and attentive to details. No mess, even on a rainy December day! Would hire them again in a hear beat.

Peabody Air Duct Cleaning was excellent! They cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. A few days after they were cleaned, we noticed a noise and Paul came back right away to check it out and fix the problem. I highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again!

Paul was excellent! He came out to clean the two dryer vents in our condo building. He was able to come at the time we requested, he did the work professionally and at a good price. He made some minor repairs that were needed in addition to conducting the cleaning. I will definitely use Paul again!

Peabody Air Duct Cleaning was fantastic, coming to clean my dryer vent two days after I called despite being located over an hour away. The owners, two brothers, worked at my house for 1.5 hours, at a charge of $300 (quoted over the phone after I described the set-up). There was an actual birds nest in my dryer vent, and lots of lint built-up behind it! This is a wake-up call to make dryer vent cleaning part of our regular household maintenance. The brothers said that all they personally do is dryer vent cleaning and that their sons do air duct cleaning for their company. The recommended cleaning companies closer to my home turned out not to be options for me. One company told me that my dryer vent, which is on the third floor due to a walk-out basement, is too high for him. I declined to use another company because it quoted me a $49 inspection fee that would NOT apply toward the cost of the service, and would not give me any idea of what a dryer vent cleaning typically costs or even provide a range.

From A to Z, all was perfect. I had hired Paul before and this time he came with his brother-in-law exactly on time, with a big new professional vacuum. Paul is a charming man and knows what he is doing. He told me that they mostly clean dryer ducts these days, but was doing everything for me as a return customer. If you ask nicely, his daughter may sign you up for full service. Check out my reviews from 2 or 3 years ago, and then 5 or so yrs. ago. Peabody does a marvelous job. I highly recommend.

Easy to schedule, sent reminders, showed up on time and finished quickly. They were very friendly, explained what they were doing, and seemed like a reasonable rate.

Superior work. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. The next AM, I discovered a leak in my A/C unit. I called them at 6:00 AM to report the problem and they came back at 10:00. They were here for an hour and didn’t leave until they were certain it was ok. Thankful for that as it is hot and humid. Thanks Jaymes and Mike.

Peabody Air Duct was great! Paul and his assistant came at the exact time they said they would. They cleaned out our very clogged dryer vent, which was preventing our dryer from working efficiently. They were also very clean - covering their boots - and explained everything they did.

Quick service, took under an hour.

They arrived early, cleaned up after themselves and taped up a part of the vent that was not secure and cleaned the filter on the heater. There was one part of the drier vent they could not reach (3rd floor roof) and while this was disappointing, they did flag it for me and urged me to call them if I had trouble finding someone who could get up to our roof. All in all pretty good.

The team did a fantastic job. They were prompt, thoughtful, and extremely reasonably priced. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

Excellent job that took a half hour. Price of 225 seemed high.. However this was the price that was quoted. Other places seem to quote 1/2 this amount.

Excellent! I was able to schedule immediately (called last night and they came this morning). Crew was professions, friendly, problem solving, and careful not to bang up our laundry area, window sills, etc. Really top notch. I'd gladly pay $50 extra to have someone not scratch the walls and doors. Also, they called to keep me updated on arrival time. I had an arrival TIME, not a window like the cable guy who would come some time within a 3 hour time period. They came, they worked, they left. They also made repairs to the outside of the vent. What a pleasure!
