They went above and beyond. By mistake, the crew scraped the paint down to the wood on the first day of the job--though that wasn't in the spec and it certainly wasn't in the estimate. Mr. Sotiri honored his original estimate with us, even though the work performed was far beyond that. The work was impeccable, the crew was extremely polite and clean. The work site was cleaned up at the end of every day, it was completed on time and has held up beautifully. Even beyond the fact that the crew did more work than the estimate covered, his estimate was far below all of his competition (we received 4 bids), and though some in the building were reluctant to hire the least expensive contractor, Mr. Sotiri had done several other houses in our neighborhood over a few year period and all of them had held up really well, so we selected him. Two of those other houses in the neighborhood are now coming up on about ten years since the work was done and they still look great--no peeling. Mr. Sotiri is an honest and good businessman who is deserving of a loyal following.
