Scheduling the delivery was horrible. This is the second time I have had problems with delivery and expected the sales manager to do a better job at managing the situation. I purchased the unit on a Saturday, and was told that it may be delivered the following Monday. I told him about the lack of communication with the previous delivery and he assured me that it would not happen this time. He confirmed my phone number told me that delivery time would be confirmed that Sunday. I called to speak with him late Sunday afternoon when I did not hear from any one and was told that he was off. They checked to see if I was on the schedule for Monday and they told me that I was not. They told me that the sales rep who also happens to be the store manager would contact me first thing Monday morning. When I did not hear from him, I contacted the store again Monday at 3:00 and was told that I was actually on the schedule and that they were going to be at my house in 1 hour.
