I cannot recommend Dons anymore. They have always done a good job with repair and maintenance of my snowblower. I will give them that. However the customer service and friendliness factor was much better when the father was in charge. The son runs the business now and I have found him to be less than friendly. I have gone in several times and they almost act like they are doing you the favor. They will help you "when they get around to it", that's the vibe I now get from the son. Whereas the father who used to run the business was very talkative, nice and couldn't do enough for you. Let me reiterate, they still do a good job with repair that's not the issue. I felt as though they don't want my business that's fine. We went to Maestranzi Bros. and bought a new snowblower. Plus when we need it serviced we are taking it back to Maestranzi and not to Don's.
Description of Work: I have had snowblowers serviced by Don's in the past. The last time I went in was to try and discuss buying a new snowblower. The work done is good work, but I have been unimpressed with the customer service my last several times.
