Boats
It went well. Price negotiation was handled professionally. They delivered the new boat about 3 weeks after the deal was struck with the add ons that I requested, except 1 item which is to be installed when available. They picked up my boat at the boat ramp the same day they delivered the new one. Service was about 1 hour late to the ramp. I cut them some slack because this is the busy time of year. They gave a good walk thru on new boat. Only 1 small flaw with a front hatch cover. Also only one set of keys but they are sending another. I had about 15 interactions with sales and service leading up to delivery and since and each time they have been very courteous and responsive. Overall I give them an A.
