Don was very nice and did a great job hooking up my dishwasher.

He did a wonderful job very proactive and really quick , would have like for cost to have been less but over all great job.

Absolute best experience possible !!! Don knew my project was semi urgent as of our first phone call , so asked me to email some pics so he could start his evaluation / estimate before he even got to my house !! Quote came very quickly and was the most detailed explanation of service to be performed as well as several thousand less than next closest contractor! Don removed all old equipment and piping on Friday afternoon / early evening and hooked our water back up for the night. Came back early Saturday morning and worked without taking a break until job was done Saturday mid afternoon !! The system and all the plumbing involved is an absolute work of art !! Explained system operation , cleaned up completely and left us completely satisfied ! This is a great , polite , very professional business man who my wife and I appreciate very much and would highly recommend to anyone in need of plumbing or heating services !! Thanks Don !!!

There aren't enough stars to rate this company properly. I called over 27 plumbers before I found the right one. Most never called me back, some never showed. Don came the same day I called and despite how crazy the winter was, manged to fit us in and get the job done at the exact fair price he quoted in the time frame he promised. I will never use any other plumber in Massachusetts again.

Don does great work. I had the faucets here I wanted installed and he supplied the rest of the materials for the 2 other jobs i wanted done. 4 plumbing jobs in all. He keeps communication open and arrives on time the day of the job. He will get any future plumbing jobs i may need.

Don was the first one that responded to my posting to remove an old unused and out of code gas pipe section that was in the way of an ongoing kitchen renovation. I never met him in person but my father did and had a good impression of him.
