Don replaced my water heater and did an excellent job. It wasn t an emergency situation but I knew it had to replaced quickly, and he had the new water heater installed within 48 hours. He was very professional and up front and reasonable about the cost of the project. I will be using Don again for other plumbing projects!

I hired Don to install a new combi boiler and add a heating loop in my basement through the MassSave program. I contacted multiple professionals, and Don's price was the best by a lot. Don made sure that I had all of the paperwork for MassSave, and promptly answered all of my questions, even if it was outside of business hours. He also accommodated my work schedule by coming on Saturdays so that I wouldn't need to take time off, which was a pleasant surprise. I plan to hire Don to take care of my boiler maintenance in the fall.

I interviewed three plumbers and Don stood out as the best choice even before he delivered the best quote. My only disappointment is that he does not offer annual service contracts! His work was fast, excellent quality and exactly as he initially proposed.

Don is great. He is an excellent plumber, professional, friendly and cost efficient. I have hired him multiple times and would do so again. He comes out to the job or estimate when he says and would always call if there was a need to reschedule. He is flexible, dependable and responsible. I wouldn’t hire any other plumber.

Good work. A little slow in responding to calls for updates and miscellaneous questions. Would like to see a breakdown for itemized costs and labor.

Don was very helpful and patient as I tried to figure out the MA rebate/loan. Though he was busy with emergency call outs, my furnace was installed before it got cold and my AC was installed before it got too hot. He is very good about responding to emails.

BEWARE Called him to troubleshoot why I was not getting hot water from my hot water tank. It was either the thermostats or elements. He told me it was "never the thermostat" and simply replaced the elements. Still no hot water. He never did any troubleshooting to determine which it was and after paying an exorbitant price I still have no hot water. If he did the troubleshooting he would have known. I didn't tell him what to replace. That was his job but now he wants to come back and repeat what he already did but will not do what he should have done. He's a scammer.

Quality of work was good and done quickly. Time of the year slowed down the timing of the work. (Cold, called away for no-heat calls.) Would hire again.
